About Us

Bringing Cultural Craftsmanship to Contemporary Spaces

Museum Source was born from a deep respect for the visual language of Pacific Coast Native art and a commitment to ethical, sustainable craftsmanship. Our collection features original wood carvings and artistic reproductions that are not mass-produced — each piece is thoughtfully designed by us and hand-carved by skilled artisans in Bali, Indonesia.

For generations, Balinese craftsmen have mastered the art of wood carving. By collaborating directly with these artisans, we’re able to create a unique fusion of cultural inspiration and traditional skill. Our carvers use only sustainable plantation-grown or reclaimed wood, honoring both the environment and the centuries-old techniques passed down through families and communities.

Our designs draw from the powerful, flowing forms of Pacific Northwest Native traditions — not as replicas, but as respectful, modern interpretations. This approach allows the artisans to expand their creative practice beyond typical tourist carvings and engage in meaningful, skill-driven work that pays fair wages and supports their livelihoods.

At Museum Source, we believe in responsible art:

  • Art that honors the cultures that inspire it

  • Art that supports the hands that make it

  • And art that finds its place in your home as a story worth sharing

Every piece we offer carries a journey — from a designer’s sketchbook, to a carving studio in Bali, to your space — infused with intention, tradition, and soul.
